Splash will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Item must be in a new and unused condition with the original receipt from the website purchase. Purchases made at other retail locations are subject to the retailers return policies. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges. In the event an item is defective, customer can contact info@splashbottle.com for information on a replacement item. Splash will make every effort to resolve any defective product issues. Returns will be processed within 7-14 days after receipt of item.
